This policy applies to all pages and calculators on retirecalc.in and any subdomains operated by us.

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. We do not transmit, store, or process any of the numbers you enter into our calculators — your salary, years of service, pension inputs, loan amounts, or any other financial figures never leave your device.

We do not require you to create an account or log in to use any tool on this website. We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information unless you voluntarily contact us through our contact form.

Contact form submissions: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your query. We do not use it for marketing purposes and do not share it with third parties.

Usage analytics: We may use anonymised, aggregate analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or equivalent privacy-respecting tools) to understand which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and which calculators are most used. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Cookies: We use essential cookies required for the website to function. We may use analytics cookies as described above. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

Information collected through the contact form is used only to respond to your message. We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months and then delete them.

Since calculator inputs are never sent to our servers, there is no risk of your financial data being intercepted or exposed through our systems.

Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). We take reasonable precautions to protect any data we do hold, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If you have submitted information through our contact form and wish to request its deletion, correction, or to see a copy of what we hold, please contact us at hello@retirecalc.in. We will respond within 30 days.
